It does not happen often, but it can happen where the dropper's ability to pull-up the tincture is diminished or limited. Email us right away and we will have a replacement glass dropper shipped to you immediately. Please include your order # that way we can ensure we provide the correct size.
Why does this happen?
Our Mullein Tincture is of a very high-quality, without any additives, such as stabilizers or clarifiers. A residue or built-up of the tincture can form in some of the more narrow areas of the dropper causing it be function as if it is clogged. We deeply apologize for this inconvenience and are working on a solution.
