Please keep in-mind that 10 drops is equal to 1 dose.
We recommend the following procedure for use:
Make certain that your bottle's cap is secure, and gently shake before each use.
Mix up to a maximum of 10 drops in your food just prior to eating, or into drinking water or juice for consumption after eating a meal.
Do not exceed more than 40 total drops per day (4 doses maximum).
