We understand that sometimes a kit may not activate. Before replacing your kit, it is important to keep a few important pieces of information in-mind and try to activate the kit again, to ensure that it is not an error in process.
After your first "failed" attempt to activate, please try the following:
Take a brand new (empty) plastic or glass cup. The cup must be empty — do not add water.
Add 7 equal drops from Bottle A to your cup.
Add 7 equal drops from Bottle B to your cup.
Gently swirl the liquid in the cup.
Wait 60 seconds (1 full minute).
Look at the solution close to a source of light (lighting or sunlight).
Is the color yellow, or amber?
